Curriculum highlights
Hello Safari family .
We had a morning assembly led by Ms. Lisa and Ms. Risa. They talked about decisions, the right choices we can make everyday. This was really useful in our friends choosing what's right at the time and a better option. Safari friends enjoyed the presentation and they were choosing their poses.
On Tuesday, we had a Sports Day rehearsal. As usual they were cheering for each other and some friends wanted to have a go more than once. They did well with the dances and we hope they will have the same energy for participation as well.
On Wednesday, we then introduced our picnic activity for the day. Our theme being Outdoor activities, what better way than to have a picnic in class with our stuffed toys. They really enjoyed sitting down and exploring.
On Thursday, we had a ball counting activity. Using some small balls to each pick a selected color and number of balls. Counting can be very easy but quantifying is not that easy for us and eventually we will be able to do it.
On Friday, we practiced molding using magnetic sand. This activity had them glued at one place for a long time. Mainly because they like exploring more using their hands and toys were an added bonus! We had a lovely week.
